Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing and conducting new hire orientation sessions
Prepare onboarding materials and welcome kits for new employees
Support planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and events
Help draft internal communications and event announcements
Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback and survey data
Support employee relations efforts by documenting concerns and maintaining confidentiality
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to support continuous improvement
Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferrable to have internship period for 4-6 months
