Main responsibilities:

Participate in tracking and reporting progress of saving initiatives within the cluster by collecting data or preparing presentation and support the preparation of business cases and stakeholder meetingsHelp consolidate financial inputs during planning cyclesAssist in the analysis of procurement data using tools to generate monthly reports and extract insights and support the implementation of digital procurement tools and dashboardsContribute to the stakeholder mapping and communication planning to ensure engagement and help prepare materials for internal presentations, governance reviews and supplier meetingsTake part in the management of meetings and support the coordination of cluster-wide procurement activities and best practice sharing

About you

Soft and technical skills: analytical skills, proactivity, organisation. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP and Power BIEducation: bac +4 or bac +5 in procurement, supply chain, business school or engineering schoolLanguages: english fluent
