Internship – IS Application Support & Implementation Trainee

We are part of the Application Development and Maintenance Department, responsible for overseeing Marketing & Sales applications. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a motivated trainee with a positive attitude to support our implementation and application support projects, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing usability of our tools.
As an Implementation Trainee, you will contribute to the global rollout of sales-related processes and tools that align with the company’s and business units’ strategic goals. You will work closely with local business super users, assisting with business process requirements, tool configuration, training delivery, and incident resolution.

Tasks:

Acting as a primary contact for business Key Users, providing initial assessments of reported issues, troubleshooting application-related problems, and escalating when necessaryTracking and following up on problem resolution, maintaining clear communication with users and support teams to ensure timely and satisfactory closurePerforming environment setup (production, staging, testing), including configuration of fixes and workarounds as neededSupporting the Implementation Manager and project team in defining project scope and plans, ensuring that timelines are met and deliverables are achievedDelivering application training to local users (both new and experienced) during initial rollout and when new application enhancements are introducedDocumenting local business processes, new requirements, and acceptance criteria to support continuous improvementServing as a liaison between local super users and development teams to facilitate issue resolution and requirement clarification

Requirements

Very good spoken and written EnglishExcellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a teamProven ability to analyze situations, set priorities, implement processes, and solve problems efficientlyHighly motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn, with a strong desire to take on new challengesInterested in further development in IT and/or project managementStudent status valid to end of 2027 yearMinimum availability 25h/week

Nice to have:

Experience in Customer Service areaAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
