Your role:
You will collaborate with the Technical Services Team in the project delivery setting, assisting in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions.
You will perform technical installations of radiology software, ensuring application readiness, completing installations, and handling technical configurations.
You will support end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archiving),
You will troubleshoot system failures, document solutions, and ensure efficient service delivery.
You will classify, prioritize, and resolve issues to maintain solution uptime and data safety.
You will customize monitoring tools, produce technical reports, and support the Monitoring Platform roadmap.
Requirements:
1. You are a recent graduate of a Technical School (IT background preferred) or with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. You have a basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, databases, virtualization, and scripting languages would be a plus.
3. You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. You have a proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
4. You have excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
This 6-month, extracurricular, remunerated internship in Genoa, Italy, offers hands-on experience in Technical Support and Radiology Informatics.
