Internship: Procurement Transformation
Are you a talented and motivated student, eager to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment? Join our team as a Procurement Intern and contribute to improving our contract management process using SAP Ariba. Work alongside experienced professionals, develop valuable skills, and get a behind-the-scenes look at procurement excellence in action. **What You’ll Do:** In this role, you’ll work closely with our Business Process Owner (BPO) to review and analyze how contracts are currently set up in the system. You’ll collaborate directly with contract owners to identify the best practices for setting up supplier contracts in SAP Ariba. Your goal will be to improve the quality and efficiency of the contract management process. **Key Achievements** You will receive training on SAP Ariba and, under the supervision of the BPO, be responsible for drawing reports, making necessary changes to contract data, and implementing improvements based on your discussions with contract owners. This internship offers you a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement and process optimization in a global business environment. _Sub Goals:_ - Review and analyze current contract setups in Ariba. - Collaborate with contract owners to identify best practices. - Improve the quality of our contract repository - Draw reports and make contract changes under BPO supervision. **What We Offer:** - Global Exposure: Join a global team and their team meetings.
