In this internship, you’ll help shape and optimize financial processes across our global operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into how process management supports the performance of a multinational Finance department.

What You’ll Do
As an intern within our Finance department, you will play an active role in analyzing and improving financial processes across our international organization. You will have the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into how process management contributes to better performance, lower costs, and increased compliance.
End Goals:
-    Describe how process management impacts performance of Finance departments in multinational companies.

What You Bring
- Field of Study: Bachelor Program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or General management and some initial knowledge of corporate finance or accounting
- Skills: Curiosity, logical and structured mind, attention to detail, strong knowledge of MS Office tools 
and an independent self-starter attitude.

Eligibility criteria and conditions: 
•    Language requirements: Fluent in English
•    Final Selection Day: 22.05.2025 in dsm-firmenich office in Maastricht
•    Start of the internship: 01.09.2025
•    Duration: 4 months
•    Studies: currently enrolled at a Dutch university or applied science university (hogeschool)
•    Location: dsm-firmenich Maastricht office 
•    Compensation: Internship salary is €550 per month.
