Internship: Communications - Narrowcasting

Are you a motivated student with a passion for communications, multimedia design, and visual communications? Do you have a knack for creative thinking and out-of-the-box ideas?
dsm-firmenich is offering a unique internship opportunity to explore and enhance our narrowcasting capabilities in our offices. You'll provide valuable insights and recommendations for narrowcasting as a valuable channel to deliver our global communications strategy. This internship can be part of your hands-on experience within our organization or integrated further into your thesis project.
**What You’ll Do**
As an intern, you will deliver a comprehensive report on opportunities and recommendations for narrowcasting at dsm-firmenich. Your work will include governance recommendations, a global rollout plan, a Minimum Viable Product for our dual headquarters in Kaiseraugst (Switzerland) & Maastricht (the Netherlands), and technical possibilities.
_Sub Goals:_
- Conduct an inventory of the current system (pilot Maastricht).
- Define clear governance for content and ownership (who does what, where, when, how).
- Provide recommendations on the benefits for employee engagement, including supplier and technical solutions.

**What You Bring**
- Field of Study: Communications, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications (subscribed to a university (of applied science) in The Netherlands)
- Skills: collaboration, creative thinking, communications and digital skills, and an independent self-starter attitude.
**Eligibility criteria and conditions:**
• Language requirements: Fluent in English
• Final Selection Day: 22.05.2025 in dsm-firmenich office in Maastricht
• Start of the internship: 01.09.2025
• Duration: 4 months
• Studies: currently enrolled at a Dutch university or applied science university (hogeschool). Your university will cosign the internship agreement
• Location: dsm-firmenich Maastricht office
• Compensation: Internship salary is €550 per month.
