**In this role, you have the opportunity to** As an intern in the global consumer marketing team for Beauty Category – part of the Business Group Personal Health – you will work in a team of international marketers, supporting the team in definition, development and introduction of hair removal products. You will work with local sales organizations across the globe and support them with the latest product launches, as well as with (internal and external) creative agencies to ensure product marketing and activation deliverables. **You are responsible for** + Supporting Product Development projects, including analysis on consumer and market data + Competitor analysis to support key innovation projects + Creation of materials (packaging, distribution) to optimize go to market + Market Introduction Planning, preparing trade presentations, activation materials, ensuring all information is available in time for countries to prepare their launches + Online content management: analyzing how and where to improve, create online content, ensuring availability to users, best practice gathering of online activation in markets + Supporting in building Shopper Marketing knowledge **You are a part of** Global Beauty category is a strong, fast moving and successful category in the Personal Health business of Philips. It develops and markets hair removal and hair care products globally while taking into consideration the local consumer habits and practices. **To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience** + You are Currently pursuing your studies as a university bachelor or master student (BSc/MSc), preferably with marketing emphasis + Passionate about marketing + Affinity with Beauty domain and Female Hair Removal + Strong communication skills, team player + Analytically strong, proactive and solution oriented + Fluent in English (written and verbal) + Experience in working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc. **In return, we offer you** A non-stop growth opportunity within a global multinational company. This includes: + Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on your education level and if you need to relocate to The Netherlands. Part-time internships receive the allowance pro-rata. + Housing compensation. Should you need to relocate to near our office, we’ll offer you a monthly allowance of €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. To be eligible, we’ll just ask for the rental contract from your landlord, and your usual home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or 1.5 hours of travel time (for a one way trip). + Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net as a monthly allowance. + Paid holidays per internship term. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
