This role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate or online property listings who enjoys customer interaction, data entry, and supporting sales teams with accurate and timely digital information.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update property listings on HAR.com and other online platformsRespond promptly and professionally to internet leads and inquiries via email, phone, or chatTrack leads and follow up to ensure high conversion ratesCoordinate with sales agents to schedule appointments and showingsPrepare and maintain digital marketing materials, including photos and descriptions for property listingsEnsure all online listing information is accurate and up to dateAssist in compiling sales reports and tracking performance metricsResponsibilities Qualifications and Requirements:
·Experience with HAR (Houston Association of Realtors) platform required1-2 years of experience in internet sales, real estate, or customer service preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Your New Organization:
