Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
+ Professional qualification in CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
+ 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
+ MBA or Master's degree.
+ Experience working in a Technical Accounting role, or similar industry or practice.
+ Understanding of IFRS 2 share based compensation.
+ Ability to work with senior management to influence decision making.
+ Ability to be organized with excellent attention to detail and people management skills.
+ Excellent project management, communication, and problem solving skills.

+ Provide financial records and supporting documentation to auditors, and assist with the development of process cycle memorandums and procedural walk-throughs.
+ Engage with internal and external stakeholders on managing queries, ensuring continuous process improvement and enhancement.
+ Perform technical research on complex accounting issues and provide accounting consultation advice to business partners under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on a broad range of topics.
+ Keep business partners abreast of developments in accounting and financial reporting and related policies and positions through issuance of various communications, training sessions and other meeting forums.
+ Oversee delivery of share based payment expenses under the Alphabet Plan for 80+ international entities at interim and year end.
