What will you be doing?
Circana is evolving its Global Tax function to operate as a proactive, technology-driven business partner. The International Tax Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the company’s global tax compliance, planning, and reporting obligations, ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international tax concepts, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with preparation and review of U.S. international tax compliance (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, etc.). Analyze and calculate Subpart F income, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and FTCs. Support quarterly and annual global tax provision process under ASC 740, including foreign income tax calculations, valuation allowance analysis, and tax account reconciliations. Monitor international tax law changes and assess their impact on the company’s global tax position. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Accounting, Treasury) to ensure accurate tax reporting and planning. Support tax audits and respond to information requests from tax authorities. Assist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transaction analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in international tax compliance and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation or CPA preferred). 3–5 years of experience in international tax, Big 4 experience required. Solid understanding of U.S. international tax rules and regulations (e.g., GILTI, Subpart F, FTCs, BEAT). Strong Excel skills; experience with data analysis and ERP systems (NetSuite) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with tax provision software Familiarity with OECD guidelines and global minimum tax (Pillar Two). Experience with M&A due diligence and integration from a tax perspective. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $115,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
