This International Recruiter role is part of the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourced) team ADP, offering support on an international perimeter (EMEA region).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages the recruitment process "End-to-End", from activating the requisition, to offering the successful candidates. Advertises and promotes job opportunities internally and externally using corporate site, internal newsletter, external job boards, social media platforms, job fairs and others. Pro-actively searches for talents and builds applicants pipeline using relevant sources, tools and technology (RM, SmashFly, …); establishes and maintains contact with both internal and external candidates throughout the recruitment process. Identifies relevant talents based on the job description, requirements and hiring manager´s expectations; performs candidates screening with the use of the most current company´s interviewing techniques (STAR, Competency Based Interview) and manages timely interviewing process towards hiring managers and candidates. Identifying and sourcing talent across multiple functions and job levels Advises hiring managers on the recruitment process (steps and timelines), Employer Branding activities, referral process; provides hiring managers with market insight and regular update on the pipeline and status of candidates in the hiring process; manages discussions about aged requisitions and recommends changes in the recruitment and selection process. Provides insight and up-to-date overview on the candidates’ pipeline and requisitions status using internal tracking tools (applicants, requisitions, rejections…) Partners closely with HR colleagues (HR Operations, HRBPs, Rewards Team, Global Employer Brand and Marketing team, …), internal communication team and hiring managers to secure solid pipeline of talents. Creates and administers candidate offers and work contracts; guides new joiners through the background check process. Improves organization attractiveness by collecting market information from candidates, recruitment agencies, monitoring job offers and compensation practices. Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training. Interpret and analyze data and present back to client and account manager so that enhancements can be made to the hiring process such as revisions of behavioral based interview guides, job descriptions, compensation packages, and success indicators. Develop process improvements, implement solutions, and share best practices with team members and client partners. Performs other related duties as assigned.Education & Experience:
Degree or Equivalent: bachelor’s degree Major Area of Concentration: Recruitment Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, proven experience on an International perimeterKnowledge & Skill Requirements:
Language Skills: fluent in English, any other European language is a plus Technical skills:o Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)

o CTS platform usage is a plus.
