In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support sales and pre-project teams in preparing technical and commercial bids Coordinate customer specification reviews and planning activities Participate in contract alignment meetings and influence internal strategy Negotiate technical and documentary requirements with customers Define and commit to project timelines, including contingency planning Act as the main customer contact throughout the project lifecycle Manage all project phases from order to invoicing, ensuring milestones are met Coordinate European and Asian internal stakeholders and monitor progress to deliver goods and documentation as per expectations Drive profitability through margin improvement plans and cost control   Who You Are:   You are a proactive leader with strong communication and negotiation skills. You thrive in cross-functional, multicultural environments and are comfortable solving problems and managing ambiguity. You are results-driven, organized, resilient, and capable of navigating complex project dynamics with confidence.
For This Role, You Will Need: 5-10 year technical degree or equivalent experience Fluent English (essential for coordination, negotiation, and reporting) Strong project management and customer relationship skills Ability to analyze customer needs and manage international stakeholders Experience working in a matrix organization Preferred Qualifications That Would Set You Apart: Knowledge of similar products and markets.
