The Role

The Professional will provide support to team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients.

The Role will be responsible for:

Provide basic client information managementPrepare and review prospect/banking products pitchesValidate source of wealth of clientsPeriodic updating of client backgroundsClient invitation/nominations for eventsAccount opening approval coordinationDaily account administration: unblocking of accounts, setting up credit linesAdvisory and brokerage accounts trade execution and daily control over trade settlementContact point with Supervisory Management, Risk Management, and Investor Support team

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start dateFluent in English and Mandarin Required Bachelor’s Degree requiredOne plus years of industry related experience Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills PowerPoint and Excel expertise
