International Physical Security Reg Manager

Additional locations may be considered. PNC Bank is seeking an experienced and strategic International Security Manager to join our Global Physical Security team. This role will report to the Director of Global Physical Security and lead efforts related to international traveler safety, facility protection across all global locations, and representation of the Global Physical Security function at the international level. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in physical security, exceptional risk assessment capabilities, and well-established relationships with federal and international partners. This leader will help ensure a secure environment for our employees, customers, and assets abroad, while supporting the broader mission of a world-class corporate security program. Key Responsibilities • Represent Global Physical Security at PNC’s offshore delivery centers and all international locations. • Provide strategic guidance on physical security risk, traveler safety, and security design for global operations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related support for employees traveling abroad, including risk assessments, travel planning, and response protocols. • Conduct and oversee comprehensive international risk assessments and incident response planning. • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with federal agencies (e.g., FBI, Department of Homeland Security, State Department) and international security organizations. • Support global business expansion efforts, including mergers and acquisitions, by representing Physical Security in due diligence, site assessments, and integration efforts. • Develop and advise on global security standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across international locations. • Act as the subject matter expert on physical security countermeasures for international operations. Minimum Qualifications • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience leading a large team in a corporate security environment or federal law enforcement, preferably at an executive or senior management level preferred. • Proven experience conducting international physical security assessments and managing programs related to traveler safety, facility protection, and emergency response. • Deep knowledge of international security standards, compliance requirements, and geopolitical risk. • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong partnerships with federal agencies including the FBI, Homeland Security, the State Department, and other international authorities. • Experience representing corporate security in mergers and acquisitions, particularly for large-scale or global institutions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief executive leadership and represent the security function at the enterprise level. • Background in the financial services sector is strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or equivalent security certification. • Multilingual capabilities or international work experience is a plus. *** PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.*** **Job Description** + Implements the overall corporate physical security strategy and all physical security programs, policies and procedures within their region. + Contributes in the development of physical security policies and coordinates planning and response procedures with PNC's Risk, Business Continuity and Crisis Management teams. Communicates with peer banks regarding mutual security concerns. Meets with federal (FBI), state and local law enforcement and acts as liaison with Homeland Security. + Maintains the safeguarding of employees, buildings, technology and materials and evaluates existing procedures. Monitors and investigates concerns with security on a continual basis and identifies proper applications to mitigate areas of risk. Performs security assessments and risk analysis of major buildings, bank branches and physical security equipment. + Owns a specific vendor or PNC line of business relationship, including overseeing contract terms and ensuring that all service level agreements are met. Supervises the coordination of maintenance with outside vendors and contractors including guards, alarm monitoring, physical and electronic security installations, video surveillance and ATM's. + Manages physical security staff within their region. Conducts training on physical security policies and rules for staff.
