Overview We are looking for an International Operations Director who will work closely with Publicis Leadership to deliver on global CMO and procurement initiatives including: Annual/semester scoping process, in collaboration with finance leads Leading the rollout (across 80+ markets); accurately tracking and reporting for CMO-led programmes Setting-up and pulling through of structures and models into local market operations Overseeing and enabling adherence to Pfizer specific processes (i.e. on-boarding/off-boarding) These efforts should align to US/Global ways of working where possible, therefore, you will need to build strong relationships and frequently collaborate with our US/Global Operations team, CMO and procurement stakeholders. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills and first-hand experience of taking charge of delivery for multi-disciplinary operations and projects across multiple geographies. Critical to success for this role is being comfortable with developing and managing clear and comprehensive transformational and operational programs and breaking new ground on a significant scale -- there will be a ‘start-up’ mentality whereby you will be at the cornerstone of change management, guiding and governing an evolving and maturing Pfizer business model, you will be comfortable as a self-starter to just ‘get on and do what needs to be done’. Responsibilities Ensure successful implementation CMO and procurement led operational initiatives/programmes into International markets (across multiple time zones) Leverage technology to remove manual effort where possible and empower local market self-service. This will include broad scale implementation of automation programs, aiming at driving efficiency in operation and effectiveness of output Effectively manage and mentor a team Build cohesive yet simple processes to enable multi-national teams to collaborate and fulfil requirements with as little friction as possible. Proactively identify potential snags (e.g., misinterpretation, lack of clarity) and pre-empt them Forecast potential risks before they occur and mitigate, escalate, and resolve as quickly as they are identified Lead and facilitate accurate reporting and consolidation of data from multiple markets/stakeholders Qualifications Extensive Operations experience in a multi-market marketing, communications agency, or consultancy environment - with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects to time, budget, and quality. Ability to create, track and monitor projects Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, multitask, and manage processes from start to finish is critical for this role Ability to forecast and monitor resource requirements across your projects, adjusting as necessary and work with the resource team to proactively manage the effective and timely delivery of client work Strong team playing skills and an ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups Ability to establish RACI, operating models, and ensure that the project is kept on track and on time Ability to effectively highlight and manage Risks and Impediments A mindset oriented toward continuous improvement – striving to improve delivery practices, processes and adapting ways of working Solid English communications skills Ability to effectively manage multiple different programs at the same time, with different client constituents and overlapping timelines Additional information Publicis Health has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
