Key Responsibilities 

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven marketing leader to accelerate growth across our international markets (EMEA, LATAM, APAC). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive pipeline and revenue. A results-oriented mindset, hands-on leadership style, and deep understanding of full-funnel marketing are essential—along with the ability to leverage AI platforms and data-driven tools to automate, scale, and continuously optimize marketing performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and smart technology adoption. 

Strategic Planning 

- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for Solera’s international portfolio, aligning with business goals and regional opportunities. 

- Own regional marketing planning in coordination with sales, demand generation, and design teams to ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies. 

- Allocate budgets effectively to maximize impact and support revenue targets. 

Industry Positioning & Thought Leadership 

- Position Solera’s international offering as the premier choice in the automotive software ecosystem across insurers, fleets, repairers, and OEM partners. 

- Translate complex offerings into compelling, market-specific value propositions. 

- Lead initiatives that reinforce Solera’s thought leadership in claims automation, repair optimization, fleet intelligence, and data-driven efficiency. 

Market Awareness & Competitive Insights 

- Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, local regulations, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. 

- Understand and articulate regional buyer pain points and how Solera uniquely addresses them. 

- Identify the most effective marketing channels to reach target audiences in key international regions. 

Campaign Management & Demand Generation 

- Develop and oversee execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable demand. 

- Use data-driven insights to refine messaging and optimize campaigns based on regional performance metrics. 

- Collaborate closely with demand generation and sales to create targeted, conversion-driven marketing programs. 

Client Engagement & Value Communication 

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across key markets. 

- Lead efforts to communicate Solera’s value through customer success stories, testimonials, and regional case studies. 

- Support regional event strategies and PR efforts to reinforce Solera’s presence in strategic markets , liaising with the Global Events team in Mexico. 

Team Leadership & Collaboration 

- Lead and develop a high-performing international marketing team. 

- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and accountability to Marketing Business Partners. 

- Collaborate with internal execution teams and manage external agencies (creative, social, content) as needed to deliver on marketing priorities. 

Qualifications

- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. 

- Proven track record in building and executing multi-country marketing strategies. 

- Experience working with or in proximity to sales and revenue functions. 

- Strong understanding of demand generation and marketing analytics. 

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills. 

- Fluent in English; Spanish or other European languages are a plus. 

- Experience in insurance, automotive, fleet, or enterprise SaaS sectors is highly desirable. 

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
