Our International Graduate Trainee Programme offers you exciting insights and a thorough introduction to the diverse activities of a leading global reinsurer. This provides you with the exceptional opportunity to advance your expertise and drive your personal development.

Over a period of 24 months, including an international assignment, you will receive in-depth training in professional, methodological and social skills, which will qualify you for assuming responsibility at Munich Re worldwide. Your Job

Drafting and negotiating (re)insurance contracts with clients, analysing and assessing legal trends in the field of liability, assessing risks of large corporates and other companies based on legal exposures in the field of liabilityWorking on exciting and varied topics focusing on risk underwriting or claims in the core business of Munich ReExperience the opportunities and insights offered by one of the world's leading risk managersParticipate in an international assignment of three months to broaden your intercultural experienceAcquire profound knowledge of our business as a as well as further developing your soft skills in our distinguished global learning programmeTake the opportunity to quickly build a broad network of industry experts within Munich Re worldwide

Your Profile

Legal state examination or law degree (LLB,LLM)Initial work experience (e.g. internships or up to two years of work experience after graduation), ideally in the insurance and/or financial services industry Strong analytical skillsAt least three months experience abroad (studies or internship/work experience abroad)Strong interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to learnStrong written and verbal communication in English required, additional languages are an advantage (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian)Curious and creative mindset
