Academic responsibilities:deliver lessons using a variety of differentiated instructional techniques that are appropriate to the level and meet the diverse needs of learnersplan and prepare lesson plans that meet core objectives and principles and are in line with EF Adults curriculum, as well as supplemental teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and learners needsparticipate in learners’ and center’s events and initiatives so as to support the continuation of EF Adults Indonesia’s growth in Indonesiamonitor student learning by providing beneficial constructive feedbackPerson specificationsbe creative and innovative to maintain classroom environment conducive to optimal learningoutstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as teamwork to foster good working relationships with learners, teachers, and other functionsopen-minded, adaptable to and passionate about dynamic circumstances and continued professional growthQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Education or English, and/orInternationally recognized TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certificateAt least 2 years of teaching experience in an English language school
