We will count on you to:
Support the execution of client benefit strategy by implementing Global Benefits Management appointments and ensuring client satisfaction with underlying services.
Support monitoring of client employee benefit programs around the world by providing aggregate tracking and reporting to brokers/clients and internal management teams.
Facilitate the resolution of delays/issues. Develop action plans for tasks at risk.
Develop and document process solutions for various health and benefits operational tasks. Includes designing process workflows and establishing best practices. Responsible for process execution and ensuring all standard procedures, tools, technology systems and controls are being followed.
Communicate with internal and external partners (consultants, brokers and clients) to educate them on best practices. Serve as subject matter expert for all operational processes (implementation, ongoing, and renewals).
Receive inbound enquiries from brokers and clients in need of solution assistance.
Demonstrates project management skills and manages the quality and timeliness of deliverables and delegates to and reviews project work of more junior colleagues.
Manages internal specialty resources ensuring client deliverables meet client’s goals and deadlines and delegates and reviews project work of more junior colleagues.
Assists with the preparation, completion of peer review process and delivery of clear and concise client-friendly communications.
Ensures compliance with professional standards including use of templates, client calendar, peer review, and transparency.
Liaises with consultants around the world to draft responses to client questions on non-US retirement and benefit issues. Delivers client-ready communications on technical subject matter after review by more senior international consultants.
What you need to have:
Associate´s or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Actuarial Sciences or Math, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Law or International Relations)
Minimum 5 year of experience in project management and benefits management (life, dental, health, pension, travel insurance, etc.)
English proficiency.
Strong oral and written communication & presentation skills both in English and Spanish.
Experience in client facing role
Strong organizational and time management skills
