Internal Sales Specialist - Group Benefits (OH, KY, MI, PA, IN)
**What You'll Do** As an **Internal Sales Specialist** , you’ll be responsible for pricing and positioning new business proposals through: + Analysis and screening of bid specifications + Consultation with sales and account management on underwriting guidelines + Proactive communication and follow up with brokers and internal partners + Data entry into our proprietary rating engine This position may also assist with broker education activities and may make periodic onsite visits to a broker’s office, in partnership with sales representatives. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $45900 - $98400 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. **Pension Eligible** Yes **Additional Information** **Location** This position can be filled within the region which includes OH, KY, MI, PA and IN. This is a hybrid position that allows the flexibility of working at home and in the office, if you live within 30 miles of an office. Otherwise, this can be a remote position.
