Key Responsibilities: 

Manage the full order lifecycle: from preparing quotations and entering sales orders to processing warranty (free-of-charge) orders and ensuring timely delivery. 

Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling inquiries, collecting required information, resolving complaints, and providing regular updates. 

Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and cross-functional departments (Sales Ops, Technical, Logistics) to follow up on order status, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP and Salesforce, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and internal procedures.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications: 

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles. 

Fluent in English and French; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian) are a strong advantage. 

Proficient in SAP and Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems. 

Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. 

Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
