Basic Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. ▪ Proven 3 years’ experience in Inside Sales or customer-facing roles. ▪ Ability to present and promote products through both direct and indirect sales channels. ▪ Capability to train sales teams effectively. ▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and in-person. ▪ Experience with post-sale processes and upselling strategies. ▪ Strong prospecting abilities and experience in sales lead generation. ▪ Willingness to travel for in-person client visits when necessary. ▪ Knowledge of the fleet and reseller market is a plus. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Retain, develop and grow sales through fleet and re-seller network channels.
▪ Create and execute commercial strategies to grow product penetration in the marketplace.
▪ Provide technical training to customers, highlighting product portfolio value proposition.
▪ Clarify product inquiries from customers and convert leads from the e-commerce sales channel into sales.
▪ National travel (~10% field work).
▪ Support the Fleet Territory Sales team by tracking new sales opportunities in the fleet market.
▪ Gather market intelligence to support upper management strategic decisions.
