As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join Global and Strategic Accounts Sales Office based in Budapest.

INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

Managing the sales process from quote to order for a dedicated Supplier Project to one of our Strategic CustomersEnsuring full support for dedicated Customers on Focus Business AreasWorking Across all EMEA Regions in an International, multilingual TeamInterregional Order Management and Shipments will be part of your daily businessManaging the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer baseWorking closely with customers to understand their needs, generating accurate quotes, and ensuring a seamless transition to order fulfillmentCollaborating with other departments, such as pricing, purchasing, engineering, account managers and external resources to deliver superior support and troubleshoot customer issuesBuilding and establishing long-term business partnerships for ArrowProviding Sales Excellence through the development and management of customer strategy in assigned account territory

You are patient and calm even under pressureYou have some experience in a similar position (sales, customer service) or you have a selling attitudeYou are results-driven, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.You enjoy taking on difficult challenges and finding solutionsYou speak English fluently. German is “nice-to-have”You communicate clearly. You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone
