Minimum requirements:
Matric
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive spares industry
Sales experience in a similar automotive role, with in-depth knowledge of at least 10 - 15 auto electrical parts
Sales
Meet a monthly sales target
Accurately complete invoices with your sales code
Customer Service
Provide prompt updates on logistical, delivery, or supply issues
Process customer claims and returns through the appropriate channels
Administration
Update customer information and keep track of claims and credits
Attend stock-takes, company functions, and trade evenings as required
