Minimum requirements:
7-10 Years of experience in Sales with an emphasis on Heavy Commercial vehicles (truck and trailer) Good understanding of all heavy commercial vehicles Quote on and sell the full product offering with a focus on Order Accuracy and Conversions Streamline quotations and breakdowns to facilitate better RFQ Conversions, as well as provide order status updates and reports Provide timely and accurate pricing on prospective applications submitted for pricing and approval, whilst striving to maintain maximum profit margins. Develop plans and strategies to increase market share and expand the customer base, specifically Trailer Builders. Attend to customer complaints and queries and properly track reasons for delays Handle telephonic queries, quotations and sales order Use communication skills to ensure correct communication channels and levels are achieved with all departments, in order to maintain smooth workflow Manage and Supervise internal sales and planning staff
