We're recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Crawley who are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic and supportive team.
About the Role:
You'll be part of a close-knit team of five, working alongside Technical Support and Customer Service colleagues to manage and grow customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys both reactive and proactive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming enquiries and provide tailored product adviceProcess orders and create accurate quotations for bespoke productsOffer guidance on product suitability and availabilityProactively contact lapsed clients to re-engage and rebuild relationshipsUpsell and cross-sell additional or new product linesBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
The Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in internal sales, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sectorConfident, professional communicator with a commercial mindsetStrong relationship-building skills and a proactive sales approachComfortable working collaboratively within a small, focused team
