Internal Sales Consultant - Stock Plan Services
**What You'll Do** Join a growing team that covers a suite of equity compensation solutions and ESOP opportunities! As an internal sales consultant, you'll be a key partner with external sales reps to market Equity Compensation Stock Plan Solutions record keeping and consulting services to existing clients and new prospects. You'll help develop sales strategies and solutions to meet the needs of companies and individual clients through our Total Retirement Solutions. Here are the types of things you'll do on a national level: + Promote and market Long Term Incentive Plans, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Options, and Restricted Stock Units Employee Stock Ownership Plans through active outreach. + Present equity concept solutions and capabilities to companies working closely with Principal distribution partners, financial advisors, and consultants. + Help develop solutions to meet the specific needs of companies and their employees. Our mission, integrity, and customer focus have made us a trusted leader for more than 140 years! **Who You Are** + Requires a bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent experience + 2+ years of relevant job experience (preference towards sales, financial services) + Licensing may be required based on state/federal laws and/or company policy in accordance with current licensing policy + Technical knowledge in equity compensation and employee stock ownership plans desirable + Excellent and persuasive written and oral communication skills (including phone) + Occasional travel, including overnight stays, is required (once per month or less) Preferred attributes: + An advanced retirement industry designation is desirable, and may be required depending on specific work assignments + Prefer extensive knowledge of stock plan solutions, competitive landscape, pricing, and product knowledge as well as knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code regulations. **Salary Range Information** Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $54000 - $98400 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
