Internal Recuiter

We are seeking a motivated Internal Recruiter to join our team at LaSante Health Center. The Internal Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles within the organization. This position works closely with department supervisors and HR leadership to ensure staffing needs are met promptly and effectively, while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
+ Post open positions internally and externally across multiple platforms.
+ Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
+ Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
+ Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
+ Track candidate progress and maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
+ Monitor turnover trends and assist with proactive recruitment planning.
+ Represent LaSante’s mission and values in all recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
+ 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, or staffing experience preferred.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles.
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
+ Knowledge of healthcare industry recruiting is a plus.
