Internal Recruitment Co-Ordinator
**Job Summary:** Will be responsible for managing activities related to D+ internal job Moves . This role requires a proactive individual who can connect with stakeholders, resolve queries, adhere strictly to set processes, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Will also be responsible for maintaining job move records, conducting validations, initial screenings, managing exceptions, and communicating with applicants at the leadership level. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **End-to-End Management of Internal Job Moves:** 2. Oversee the entire process of internal job moves within the D+ program, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure all movement activities are aligned with company policies and objectives. 4. **Applicant Communication:** 5. Manage calls with applicants to provide process walkthroughs and communicate rejection decisions, particularly for those at the leadership levels located at NA and GGM Countries. 6. Ensure that all communications are clear, respectful, and informative. 7. **Stakeholder Engagement and Query Resolution:** 8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. 9. Address and resolve any queries or concerns raised by stakeholders promptly and professionally. 10. **Process Adherence and Documentation:** 11. Strictly adhere to established processes and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance. 12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all promotional activities, including records of job moves and other relevant data. 13. **Validations and Initial Screening:** 14. Conduct initial screenings of applicants to assess their suitability for promotion or moves. 15. Perform validations to ensure all necessary criteria are met before proceeding with the process. **Qualifications:** + Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Proven experience in HR management, particularly in handling internal job moves and dealing with leadership teams **Skills:** + Previous experience within a recruitment / HR role + Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Stakeholder engagement and relationship building. + Ability to adhere to strict processes and manage exceptions effectively. + Process adherence and documentation. + Analytical and problem-solving skills.
