Our internal recruitment team has an opportunity for a service-focused and experienced Temporary Labour Recruiter to join our team, supporting Ventia across South Australia and Western Australia.

This fast-paced and challenging role is well-suited to an experienced temp recruiter who thrives in dynamic environments. You'll have stakeholders located in South Australia and Western Australia which will have you travelling to both States to build relationships and grow the business.

Skout Solutions is the internal recruitment team for Ventia. We recruit for a wide variety of office and site-based roles across industries including Resources, Construction, Infrastructure & Facilities Management, Logistics, Justice, and Defence.

About the Role

You’ll be recruiting primarily across blue-collar roles—ranging from Kitchen Hands, Trade Assistants and Labourers through to Site Supervisors and Engineers. This is a big role where adaptability, clear communication, and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Solid experience running and growing a blue-collar temp desk in a fast-paced agency or internal setting.

Strong candidate attraction and pipeline management skills, with the ability to fill high-volume, quick turnaround roles.

Proven experience for building and maintaining productive relationships with hiring managers, site teams, and candidates.

Strong administration and compliance focus with strong attention to detail.
