Vacature: Internal Product Specialist

Werkdagen: Maandag t/m vrijdag (50% op kantoor)

Avantor is op zoek naar een gedreven en technisch onderlegde Internal Product Specialist om ons team in Nederland te versterken. In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van onder andere laboratoriumapparatuur, waarbij je klantbehoeften vertaalt naar op maat gemaakte oplossingen. Je begeleidt het volledige verkoopproces: van technisch advies tot het coördineren van de nazorg.

Je werkt nauw samen met zowel interne teams als externe partners om klanttevredenheid te garanderen en duurzame groei te realiseren.

Over het team

Je wordt onderdeel van onze divisie Equipment & Instrumentation Sales, bestaande uit specialisten en accountmanagers. Samen leveren we innovatieve en hoogwaardige oplossingen aan laboratoria binnen de academische wereld, farmacie, biotech en industriële sectoren. Je kunt rekenen op een ondersteunende en samenwerkende werkomgeving.

Jouw profiel

Minimaal een bachelor in Chemische Technologie, Life Sciences of vergelijkbaar

Aantoonbare ervaring in B2B-verkoop en/of service van kapitaalgoederen

Rijbewijs (maar niet verplicht)

Technisch inzicht in labsciences en commerciële vaardigheden

Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels

Vaardig in CRM-systemen en het opstellen van verkoopdocumentatie

 Jouw impact

Signaleren van nieuwe kansen en voeren van technisch adviesgesprekken (en eventuele productdemonstraties)

Beheren van het volledige verkooptraject, inclusief offertes, onderhandelingen en klantopvolging (in samenwerking met de externe productspecialist en/of accountmanager)

Samenwerken met interne teams om maatwerkoplossingen en serviceconcepten te leveren

Actueel blijven in product- en marktkennis via trainingen en het monitoren van concurrentie

Zorgvuldige documentatie en naleving van bedrijfsbeleid en kwaliteitsstandaarden
