Setting: 100% Outpatient – with flexible options for urban, suburban, and rural practices

Practice Highlights

Flexible scheduling including 4- or 5-day workweeks, telemedicine integration, and part-time availabilityManageable daily patient volumes with a typical schedule of 18–22 patients per dayShared telephone-only call coverageStrong team-based support with Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Care Managers, and PharmacistsFully integrated Epic EMR across all sites
