Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Logistics Project Management to join our team and support the implementation of new logistics concepts and processes across our operations. 

Your contribution to something big:

Support the implementation of new projects with a focus on internal logistics flows;Design and improve logistics concepts such as milk run routes, supermarkets, borders of lines, and master layout;Organize the logistics approach in the various stages of the process (from strategy to execution);Manage all stakeholder’s involvement and their sponsorship in the projects, as well as coordinate team communication with the internal and external customer;Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments and external suppliers;Analyze and optimize material flow to ensure lean and efficient logistics operations;Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal logistics standards and best practices;Monitor and control projects evolution indicators, in terms of safety, quality, delivery and cost;Identify best practices in the market, assessing their applicability and potential impact on our business;Ensure compliance with the safety, security, environmental and quality standards defined.

You will report directly to our Logistics Coordinator and play a key role in shaping the future of our internal logistics operations.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education:Bachelor‘s degree in Industrial Engineering. Experience and Know-how:Extensive logistics knowledge with experience in intralogistics and procurement processes, particularly in SAP;Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel and Power BI;Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers in a dynamic environment;Experience in logistics process design and implementation is a plus.Personality:Highly customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.Assertive and possesses strong analytical abilities.Resilient and solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of innovation and willingness to challenge existing processes.Working methods:Structured and independent work style with effective communication abilities.Language skills: Fluent in Portuguese and English.
