Our expertise has made a valuable difference for our clients for the past 100+ years, and we are now looking for **an Internal Inspector** , who will join our Quality team and will support the business in making a valuable difference in the century to come. **_What Will You Do?_** The **Internal Inspector** plays a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance within our compressor manufacturing operations. As a quality control and assurance function, this role supports the organization by verifying that assembled products meet internal specifications, industry standards, and client contractual requirements prior to final delivery to the customer. The inspector is responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections during and after assembly, as well as overseeing performance test activities. This includes reviewing technical documentations, identifying non-conformities, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting. In addition to direct inspection responsibilities, he/she collaborates closely with production, engineering, project quality, and logistic teams to support overall operational efficiency. + Ensure timely execution of inspections in line with master planning and production schedules, minimizing delays and ensuring product readiness for delivery. + Stabilize inspection operations, quickly integrate into ongoing operations and ensure uninterrupted execution of internal inspections during assembly and testing phases + Build strong communication channels with production, quality, and project teams to ensure clear understanding of inspection priorities, immediate quality concerns, and reporting expectations. + Develop a Robust internal inspection framework, establish and standardize internal inspection protocols and best practices that enhance consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all inspection activities. **_Who are you?_** **Education Requirements:** + Technical education, Engineering or related discipline **Technical Requirements:** + Knowledge of Technical Drawings & Documentation, how to read and interpret engineering drawings, product specifications etc. + Familiarity with Quality standards, Understanding of ISO 9001 and experience with industry standards such as API, PED, and ASME. + Basic knowledge of production and assembly processes **Experience Requirements:** + Experience(basic level) in Industrial assembly and/or test in environments, + Quality or inspection related training/ certifications (NDT, Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, FMEA) (desired) **_About us_** Chart Industries is a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered equipment servicing multiple applications in the clean energy and industrial gas markets.
