Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking an internal infrastructure support technician to cover campus technologies, help with walk-up IT issues, application support, and troubleshooting. They are looking for someone that is self-motivated, collaborative, has experience in supporting MacBook and Apple endpoints and helping end users troubleshoot applications. Internal infrastructure team covers a variety of areas: * Campus technologies (conference room tech, mac/apple technologies); Tthis is the majority of what they would be doing the first few months * Help with walk up IT issues, campus technology related work * 1st tier of helpdesk support * Application support * Troubleshooting * Work in the space between applications * Their ticketing system is an individual system, but they do collaborate amongst each other * Results matter type of culture
