A day in the life Strategic Planning and Coordination: Drive the planning of regional internal events and activations calendars for the APAC region. This involves setting clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for each event to ensure alignment with overall business goals.Creative Development and Event Management: Manage the creative development of regional internal engagement and events, from branding, programming, and venue selection to event execution. Events in-scope include, but are not limited to, all-hands meetings, town halls, regional summits, internal sports day, and kick-off events. This includes developing themes, designing event materials, and ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience for attendees.Employee Engagement Activation: Plan and execute ongoing employee engagement activations such as ambassador connections, charity outreach, and corporate sports teams. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to foster a strong company culture and build a sense of community within the organization.Event Budget Management: Oversee and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective planning and execution. This includes forecasting costs, negotiating with vendors, tracking expenses, and ensuring all events are delivered within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.Event Engagement and Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate event engagement and performance. This involves collecting and analyzing feedback from participants and using insights to continuously improve future events.Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to enhance our virtual/hybrid/IRL events offering. This includes selecting and negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services, and creating seamless and interactive event experiences.
