Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking an Internal & Employee Communication Manager. Overview The Internal and Employee Communications Manager is a six month maternity leave cover, and will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture and ensure alignment with the company's goals and values. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between leadership and employees, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Communication Strategy Development: * Design and implement comprehensive internal communication plans that support our -always on- communication efforts across HR, Legal, Product and Brand * Develop and manage engaging communications for employees globally on behalf of leadership, especially as it relates to our enterprise strategy * Collaborate with HR, marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging * Manage the creation and dissemination of critical company updates and announcements Leadership Communication Support: * Assist executives and managers in developing effective communication strategies * Provide training and resources to improve leadership communication skills * Draft talking points, presentations, and other communication materials for senior leaders
