Then come and join us as an Internal Distribution Account Manager to support our customers and sales team in the Nordics region in their day to day agenda and back office tasks.

Your main goal is to increase customer satisfaction by minimizing escalations and improve customer experience with Lenovo by providing accurate and on-time solutions.

Sales Support responsibilities to our Distribution Account Manager with back-office tasks & Distributors will include:

Front line defense and extension of the sales to interlock with the rest of the organization Interlocks with functional teams, Support queries related to partner claims, orders and potential delays, proactive order backlog monitoring, interlock with logistics to ensure delivery requirements are met and understood by end-customer, interlock with finance regarding approvals and credit note creation for returned goods Weekly data analyses to propose top seller replenishment order, assist with available reporting and with data on revenue, aged stock, market shares Creation of Trade Promotions Creation of bids in internal systems in limited circumstance Answer queries and how to questions coming from partners Support of other administrative tasks related to ad-hoc tasks to assist sales productivity Process Education and New Tools Testing: within this role, you are asked to onboard new tasks & tools and to look for efficiencies in our processes and tools, best practice sharing between supported countries Escalations and prioritization with aligned functions as Supply Chain, Product management, Finance, Channel…

Organization
You'll report to a Sales Support Manager based in Bratislava.

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1950 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
