Internal Controls Consultant - Remote

Our client, a publicly traded company in the medical technology sector, is seeking a contract Internal Controls Consultant to assist with year-end controls testing and documentation in preparation for their 10-K filing.

Responsibilities

Review existing internal controls testing and documentationPerform control testing for the last two quartersIdentify gaps or improvement opportunities in current processesUpdate control documentation as neededConduct interviews with team members to verify controls are being followedMaintain and organize electronic records and audit filesCoordinate with the Controller and CFO to understand current practices

Qualifications
