What you’ll do
•Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of Vodafone Turkey’s Internal Control Framework, embedding controls across both business processes and IT environments.
•Collaborate with business owners and technical stakeholders to ensure controls are properly designed and implemented within system-driven processes.
Process and Control Reviews
•Perform in-depth reviews of end-to-end processes
•Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of automated, application-level, and configurable controls embedded within digital systems.
•Identify design gaps in workflow automations, data access, system integrations, and audit trail mechanisms.
•Identify and assess technology-related risks such as: Inadequate system access control, Lack of segregation of duties (SoD), Poor change management practices, Uncontrolled RPA usage, Weak data integrity checks, Insecure interfaces or APIs
•Provide actionable recommendations aligned with IT control frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, and Vodafone Group IT policies.
•Monitor compliance with internal control procedures, IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., KVKK, BTK, GDPR).
•Maintain complete and auditable documentation of system-level control assessments, test plans, and remediation follow-ups.
•University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
•At least 4–5 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, IT audit, risk management, or compliance.
•Experience working in highly digitalized environments such as telecommunications, fintech, banking, or large-scale enterprises.
•Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) including access control, change management, system development lifecycle, backup & recovery.
•Familiarity with application controls (input, processing, output) within ERP/CRM/HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.
•Proficient in IT governance frameworks: COBIT, COSO, ISO 27001, NIST, and Vodafone Group Digital Control Models.
•Experience in cybersecurity risk identification, user access governance, incident management, and system logging and monitoring.
•Understanding of digital technologies including RPA, AI, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and how they impact control design and risk exposure.
•Experience with data analysis, control automation testing, or auditing via analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, ACL, Python).
•Excellent command of written and spoken English.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working across business and IT domains.
•High attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
