If so, read on! We’ve got an exciting chance to create a real difference to employee engagement and internal communications across our Customer Unit LATAM North.
This role will give you the opportunity to stretch into a variety of different engagement and internal communications fields.
We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and develop skills across all of the key competencies for internal communicators.

What you will do
    • Provide practical, hands-on support for key engagement activities.
    • Support the organization of key events and meetings – Leadership meetings, workshops, both virtual and face to face.
    • Adapt global content to local needs.
    • Understand and follow branding guidelines. Guide and support internal customers with their branding needs.
    • Develop your knowledge through experience as well as learning, collaboration and sharing knowledge with others.

You will bring
    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Communications, Marketing or similar careers is preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. You’ll be able to take a variety of business materials and turn them into content that inspires.
    • Excellent collaboration skills.
    • A focus on execution and measurement.
    • A mentality of continuous learning.
    • Innovation by bringing the latest external thinking on employee engagement into Ericsson.
    • Use of fresh digital tools to produce appealing content.
    • Proficient English and Spanish skills, both spoken and written.
