What would you do as our Internal Communications Specialist, EMEIA
As our Internal Communications Specialist you will play a key part in delivering our internal communications strategy across the EMEIA division. You'll take ownership of a dynamic content calendar, crafting engaging and brand-aligned communications to be shared through a variety of internal channels. This is a great opportunity for a passionate storyteller who thrives on building connections and driving engagement within a global organization.
As the go-to internal reporter for EMEIA, you’ll collaborate with teams across the region to uncover and share stories that reflect ASSA ABLOY’s culture, strategy, and values. You’ll create a blend of written and video content, manage and maintain the intranet and provide training to new editors as needed.
You would also:
Create and manage engaging internal content, including blogs, stories, videos, and regular content series. Develop and execute end-to-end communications plans and projects ensuring alignment with employee engagement and experience goals. Maintain and enhance internal communication platforms such as the intranet, including training new editors and supporting content strategy improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally across divisions and global teams, ensuring inclusive representation and consistent messaging across all communication channels. Coordinate with external agencies and internal communications networks, contributing to both strategic initiatives and critical ongoing projects.The skills and experience you need
