Key Responsibilities:
Provide communication support to promote shared understanding of World Vision’s work and ethos through timely organizational updates and effective organizational communication materials that would inform, inspire, and strengthen staff’s engagement and productivity to better represent World Vision's
work.
Major responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of annual internal communication plan in alignment with the team and organizational goals and strategies.
Concept-building and producing appropriate organizational communication materials such as but not limited to annual report, organizational brochures, key leaders’ presentations/speeches, child-well being (CWB) reports, newsletters, internal e-bulletins, change communications, etc.
Documenting or capturing organizational milestones, stories, images and/or innovations worth highlighting or sharing to the World Vision staff and leaders, the Partnership, and/or specific internal audiences.
Providing communication support to Executive Director’s Office (EDO), P&C, and/or Strategy Management and Quality Assurance, Operations-Advocacy team, as strategically needed to effectively inform, inspire, or involve staff.
Assisting the PR and Communications Manager in internal communications
