You’ll be part of our Global Marketing team, supporting communications campaigns for our internal partners and helping ensure every colleague feels informed, inspired and connected. **PRIMARY PURPOSE** You’ll partner closely with teams across the organization to shape and deliver thoughtful, engaging communications that bring our culture and business priorities to life. From strategic planning to hands-on execution, you’ll help ensure our messages are clear, consistent and aligned with Sedgwick’s values. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develop and implement internal communication strategies that support colleague engagement and business goals. + Create compelling content—from emails and newsletters to brochures, intranet stories, and leadership messages—that reflects our tone and brand. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs, gather insights and deliver tailored communication plans. + Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring communications are delivered on time and with care. + Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Sedgwick’s voice. + Contribute to the design and upkeep of internal communication platforms and channels. + Support the development of executive visibility and storytelling that highlights our people, purpose and progress. + Support the Vice President of Internal Communications in developing messaging for senior leaders. + Perform other duties, as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Experience** Minimum of 5-7 years in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing, preferably in a global or matrixed organization. **Skills & Knowledge** + Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills. + Strong project management and organizational abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital publishing tools. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. + A passion for people and a commitment to clear, caring communication. **WORK ENVIRONMENT** **Mental:** Clear thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. **Physical:** Frequent computer use; travel as needed. **Auditory/Visual:** Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
