Workplace Solutions Divisional Communications is looking for a strategic storyteller who’s passionate about connecting crew to the people, priorities, and purpose that drive our division forward. In this role, you’ll develop and execute communication strategies that support Workplace Solutions initiatives, elevate leadership visibility, and engage crew across all levels of the organization.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to shape messaging that’s clear, compelling, and aligned to business outcomes. Whether you’re launching a new initiative, spotlighting crew impact, or simplifying complex topics, you’ll bring a creative lens and a deep understanding of your audience to every message.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies that support divisional goals and enterprise alignment.
Translate complex business initiatives into clear, compelling messaging tailored to internal audiences.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners and leaders, providing guidance on messaging, tone, and channel strategy.
Create and curate content across a variety of formats and platforms, including email, intranet, video, and live events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging.
Identify and elevate stories that reflect the division’s impact, values, and culture.
Measure communication effectiveness and apply insights to continuously improve.
Qualifications:
Five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Experience with strategic communications planning.
Cross-functional collaboration.
SharePoint design experience required.
Interest/experience with AI.
Media Services Background (recording videos, formatting, editing, etc.)
Experience in the Retirement Plan industry preferred.
