As AVP of Internal Communications, you’ll play a key role in keeping our 1,400+ global employees informed, inspired, and engaged. From crafting clear, clever emails to organizing town halls and building buzz around internal campaigns, you’ll make sure our messages don’t just land, they resonate. This is a high visibility, high impact role for someone who thrives under tight deadlines, has excellent judgment, and knows how to balance strategy with flawless execution. Qualifications: + 3-5 years in communications, marketing, or a related field + A natural storyteller with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills + The ability to distill complex topics into concise, engaging content + Project management chops able to juggle multiple moving pieces with grace and grit + High EQ and excellent people skills confident working with stakeholders at every level + Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Monday.com and internal communication platforms + Proactive, curious, meticulous, and excited to see projects thought from start to finish + A genuine passion for inspiring employee engagement, and amplifying company culture Bonus Points If You Have: + Experience in internal comms at a financial service or fintech company + A creative eye and working knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite + Photography or video editing experience Job Responsibilities + Draft emails, intranet posts, event invites, talking points, campaign copy, you name it + Partner with teams across the business from HR to Risk to Tech to keep messaging consistent, timely, and aligned + Bring our internal events to life (town halls, culture moments, engagement campaigns) with thoughtful planning and communication + Own and organize the internal communications calendar + Champion our brand voice and culture in every message + Track what’s working (and what’s not) to make our content more effective and impactful over time Additional Information Tradeweb is committed to providing valuable and competitive benefits. Tradeweb will match 100% of the first 4% of compensation that you contribute. + The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $70,000 to $160,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
