This role is has been created to support the Director of Internal Communications and Engagement in the planning, creation, and delivery of engaging, inspiring, and consistent internal communications and engagement activities across the company. 

The role helps enhance employee engagement and alignment by coordinating key messaging, managing communication channels, and supporting company-wide initiatives. This includes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), employee events, and moments across the employee lifecycle and is integral to fostering a transparent, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture by ensuring employees are informed, connected, and engaged across all levels of the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of global internal communication programs aligned with company strategy and values  Collaborate with senior leaders and departments to translate business updates into clear and compelling messages  Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events such as global town halls, webinars, and employee engagement campaigns  Support Executive events and other employee engagement initiatives at the headquarters office  Assist in managing and delivering Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that support the company’s social, ethical, and economic goals  Create engaging content (written, visual, and digital) for internal communication channels, including intranet, Teams, newsletters, and digital signage in line with our branding guidelines  Help maintain and update global internal communication platforms and content management systems  Monitor employee feedback and engagement with internal communications; analyse metrics and recommend improvements. 
 

Relevant Qualifications 

Professional certifications in internal communications, employee engagement, or CSR (desirable). 

Required Skills & Experience 

Experience in a similar coordinator role focused on internal communications and/or employee engagement Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)  Experience in supporting employee events  Experience using content management systems (SharePoint) 

Desirable Attributes 

Strong creative/design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail  Comfortable working with Senior Leadership and able to build strong, professional relationships across all levels of the organisation  Experience in a global organisation  Passion for employee experience, engagement, and inclusivity  Basic filming and camera operation skills (e.g., setting up and recording internal events, employee interviews, or video content)  Ability to travel globally if needed
