ResponsibilitiesConduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather relevant information, document audit evidence, perform test steps to validate controls, and compile findings to ensure a comprehensive audit report.Responsible for timely and focused communication to Lead Auditor and LeadershipDevelop a general understanding of current/emerging technologies, risks, and audit trends and practices by actively engaging in continuous learning; apply this knowledge to identify potential risks and enhance audit methodologies and practices.Partner with Audit Lead and/or Manager to provide realistic and high-quality recommendationsParticipate in risk assessments, evaluation of controls, development of audit plans, testing strategies, audit findings and conclusionsConduct interviews, perform test steps, gather, and document evidence to support audit findings.Draw initial conclusions based on audit evidence and provide these insights to appropriate parties.Maintain an understanding of Internal Audit methodology and applicable audit standardsMay perform other job duties as directed by Employee's LeadersKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUnderstands and is able to communicate internal controls related to financial, operational, technology, and/or compliance risk.Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminologySkilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-makingSkilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problemsEducationRequired: High School Diploma or GEDRequired: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Information SystemsExperienceIntermediate-level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in Internal Audit, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems or related business fieldPreferred: Experience with Data analytics tools (Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)Preferred: Experience with AuditBoardPreferred: Operations audit experiencePreferred: Basic understanding of and experience with IT/technologyPreferred: Consulting/advisory experiencePreferred: Proven project oversight and project management experienceLicensing/CertificationPreferred: CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CRMA, CFE, and/or other related certificationsPhysical AbilitiesAbility to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of timeAbility to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the jobAbility to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the jobOther QualificationsMust maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelinesMust be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelinesPay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $82,800 per year to $92,000 per
year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual
contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the
discretion of the company.
