Job DescriptionWe are seeking a performance-driven Order Processing Manager to support the daily activities of our Order department—a team with high standards of quality, service, accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you’ll use your strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and commitment to outstanding customer service to help guide and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of building trust, fostering employee growth, and maintaining a positive and innovative work environment. Applicants should have solid experience with data analysis, strategic planning and workflow efficiencies, as well as superb communication, training and interpersonal skills to support department growth and development. Since you’ll be working closely with a variety of cross-functional teams, excellent collaboration skills are also a must. This position is located on-site at our Carson headquarters.

A day in the office looks like this:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day order processing, including order entry, order status, billings, order release, pricing, account maintenance/setup, allocation discrepancy resolution, customer service, sales support, warehouse and transportation communication and overall order management Analyze business processes and workflows for improvement and automation opportunities Support company goals by establishing and tracking measurable department KPIs Flag and drive resolution on any systemic or operational issues that are preventing timely fulfillment, status updates, customer billing, etc. Help identify opportunities to improve overall reporting and analytics capability Cultivate a culture of trust and integrity within the team, exemplifying ethical conduct and leading by example Build a team that provides exceptional customer service across multiple channels by leading, coaching and developing a top-notch Order team via providing ongoing performance management and personnel development Manage the recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, development and succession planning for your team Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on continuous improvement methodologies in order to foster a culture of learning and development QualificationsGot the skills and experience? 3+ years of experience in an Order department, call center or customer service management role Proven experience in managing people/teams, including leads and supervisors Ability to lead at multiple levels of the organization Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills with an outcome-oriented mindset Experience with sales automation software a plus Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects with superb accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and identifying improvement opportunities Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing employee potential Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for communication and data analysis Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Additional InformationAnd here’s our end of the bargain!
At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at a salary rate between $82,000 - $90,000 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
